Café Rouge

L’autre jour nous sommes allées prendre quelque chose au Café Rouge et j’ai eu un peu de nostalgie de la France. Comme ça fait longtemps que je ne parle pas Français j’ai décidé d’écrire un peu e rentre ce blog quadrilingue.

En fait, pendant que j’écris ce message je parle avec Dimitri, un mec de Bordeaux que fais l’MBA avec moi. Il est marié avec une femme japonaise et elle va déménager ici en Février.

Ça faisait bizarre pour moi être au Café Rouge, avec un garçon Français, avec Miriam, mais aussi avec Diego et Leonardo. Comme vous savais quand j’ai connu Miriam nous étions a Rennes et je ne pouvais pas penser que on va se marier, avoir deux aussi jolis fils et en plus aller en Angleterre faire un MBA a Cambridge. La vie est très intéressante!

Bon, ces paroles sont seulement une excuse pour vous faire voir des photos, et pour rigoler un peu avec mon Français.

Dissolving the study group 16

It's amazing but the Michaelmas Term is almost over and the Study Group 16 is dissolving. I have spent a lot of time working with Dorji, Yun-Ruey, Juan and Sean in the past three months and we went from being just a study group to becoming a team and a group of true friends. I'm sure I'll keep in touch with them for the rest of my life.

In fact, if I could choose a country to visit next summer I'll say Bhutan. It must be such an interesting country.

We went out for lunch last friday to the Slug and Lettuce. A very interesting place. I took some pictures. See us in front of King's College and the food we had.

Christian Christmas dinner

Yesterday we invited a few friends for dinner at home. A few weeks ago Sandie, from Taiwan, started to organise a weekly Christian Lunch but we are always so busy and we never managed to meet all together.

So we decided to have a kind of Christmas Dinner and as we can't manage to go out by night because of the babies we decided to invite them to our place. Miriam cooked a delicious "pasta al forno" and prepared some salad, and they all brought something else to eat and drink.

It was also Natalie's birthday so we killed two birds with one stone.

Diego was the star of the night, playing with everyone and staying up till 11pm.
